As stablecoins and crypto assets became integral to settlement, liquidity, and treasury operations, the market offered a false choice: move fast on fragile systems, or stay compliant on outdated rails. Neither met the demands of modern institutional finance.

Daniel Berz

Chief Executive Officer

Daniel Berz is the Co-Founder and CEO of Trillion Digital. With a focus on cross-border finance and capital markets, he brings extensive experience in institutional business development, trading infrastructure, and regulatory alignment. His leadership emphasizes scalable architecture, risk management, and operational discipline across digital asset markets. Daniel holds a BSBA in Finance from Northeastern University, with additional academic experience at Imperial College London and Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.

Luis Odon

President

Luis Daniel Odon is the Co-Founder and President of Trillion Digital. He leads the firm's growth strategy and product evolution, drawing from a background in infrastructure finance, capital markets, and engineering. His work bridges technical depth with financial execution across regulated markets. Before co-founding Trillion, Luis advised on large-scale infrastructure projects throughout LATAM and the U.S. at Arup, and worked in trading at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He also contributed to satellite research at The George Washington University, where he earned his BSc in Mechanical Engineering.

Luis Mejia

Head of OTC

Luis Felipe Mejía is Head of OTC at Trillion Digital, where he leads execution strategy, liquidity provisioning, and client coverage. His background spans financial operations, digital asset markets, and compliance-oriented business development. Fluent in multiple languages, Luis supports cross-border execution across diverse jurisdictions. He previously held roles at Amerant Bank, Hermès, and Procter & Gamble, building experience in finance, client operations, and financial control. Luis holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Miami and a Bachelor's degree from Universidad Metropolitana.

Valeria Mujica

Head of Compliance

Valeria Mujica leads the firm's compliance program, overseeing policy, regulatory alignment, and internal controls across onboarding and trading operations. Her work reflects a strong focus on transparency, governance, and operational integrity in fast-moving financial environments. She brings over five years of experience in KYC, AML, and financial crime compliance, having held senior roles at JPMorgan and PwC. Valeria has led large-scale reviews under frameworks including the Bank Secrecy Act and FATF standards. She is CAMS- and Chainalysis-certified, and an active member of the Financial Crime Academy.
